Praha 2023A spacious villa on the border between the city and the countryside, themed around the blending of interior and exterior. The building, made of natural materials, floats in the undulating landscape of a sunny hill. The garden surrounds the house, touches it, and permeates it. Light and shadow. Distant views into the open landscape, towards the city horizon. The interior is the most important quality, with windows of optimal size, proportions, and positions. A suburban villa, freed from urban structure, yet still compact in form. Careful placement of the building on the terrain is crucial. The garden, house, and interior form a single artistic whole. Inspired by Kengo Kuma. The second realization of a large city villa following the Hanspaulka Villa Vista.
